Dear participants and guests:

The Malaysian Association of Canada would like to thank you once again for your support of our Annual Chinese New Year Celebration. We hope you had a great evening. In order to plan for future improvements, we are actively seeking feedback and suggestions for improvements from event participants (MAC members and friends of the association) to see where we can improve and do better in the future.

We would appreciate you taking a few minutes of your time to give us your honest feedback, so we can focus on areas where we fell short as a group, and continue to improve on the quality of our events. All feedback received will be collected, grouped together, and reviewed collectively by the team. We do not require your name or email.
